Broken English

Broken English is one my favourite films. It stars Parker Posey as Nora, a somewhat neurotic, 30-something living in New York. She meets a Frenchman and the rest is history. It's romantic and smart without being tiring or too sentimental. Melvil Poupaud, who plays her love interest, is also AMAZING. His accent is to die for and it makes me want to go sit in a little French cafe, write, and sip delicious drinks. sighhhhhhh.

If you enjoy indie films and somewhat dark comedy, I think this is a definite must watch.
