We love a good party and half birthdays are a good reason to celebrate. Today is K2's half birthday. Yeeee.
2. Rainbow Cake
Rainbows are fun, especially in cake form. For K2's birthday, I baked her a rainbow cake. There may have been a point where I thought it was going to explode but, it tastes delicious. k2 looked a tad bit worried when she saw it but, she tasted it and was in love. It'll be great for our fiesta tonight.
3. Beer-garitas.
Corona, tequila, frozen lime juice: what more could you ask for? Preferably served with lots of chips and guacamole.
( fyi - 4 coronas, 1 cup tequila and a can of frozen lime concentrate)
4. Autumn Days
It is finally cooling down here, which means autumn has arrived! K2 isn't as excited for the cold but, I love wearing hats, scarfs, boots, and warm knitted things. I'd have to say it is my favourite feeling to have a nice steaming tea or latte and enjoy a perfect autumn day.
5. Degrassi
True Canadians here. Nothing beats the extreme (ridiculous) drama on this show. Plus, it's been around forever, which makes it that much cooler. And every time I see Drake, I want to ask him how he can all of a sudden walk.
